Independence
Our research and provider facts are independent. Money never edits facts: payments, memberships and claims cannot change a recorded value or how Provider Finder™ matches and ranks providers.
Evidence
Every provider fact carries a source and a date, and new information is added as a new record rather than overwriting the old one. Missing evidence is shown as unknown, never as no.
Being listed
Listing is free and editorial. A company is not listed because it pays, and is not removed because it doesn't.
Sponsored content
Paid articles, announcements, interviews and spotlights are reviewed by our editors before publication and always carry a Sponsored label. They are kept separate from our independent research.
Promotion
Featured placement is sold separately from publication and appears only in clearly labeled Sponsored areas, never inside organic results.
Provider statements and corrections
Companies can claim their profile, add a reviewed statement labeled as provider-supplied, and propose corrections with evidence. Editors verify every change.
