The service
OffshoreBookmaking.com, operated by OffshoreBookmaking.com, is a business-to-business industry publication and provider directory. It is not a sportsbook: we do not take bets or offer gambling.
Information, not advice
Provider profiles show facts with their source and date. Unknown means we have no evidence yet. We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or current; check with providers before you contract. Nothing on the site is legal, financial or licensing advice.
Accounts
Keep your password private and your details accurate. An account may claim a company profile after we verify that you represent it. Claiming never gives control of the factual record: changes need evidence and editorial verification.
Paid services
Payment buys editorial review and the service described, not guaranteed publication. Every paid piece is reviewed by our editors, who may approve it, request changes or reject it, and is labeled Sponsored. Buying publication does not include promotion, and nothing you buy changes provider facts or Provider Finder™ results.
Payments, timing and refunds
Prices are in US dollars and paid in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. Turnaround times, revision rounds, content standards, refunds and cancellations are set out in our Service rules for sponsored content (offshorebookmaking.com/legal/service-rules), which form part of these terms.
Your content
You confirm that you have the rights to what you submit and that it is accurate and lawful. You allow us to edit it for style, length and compliance, and to publish it on the site in the languages ordered. Editing a published piece creates a new version that stays private until approved.
Acceptable use
No scraping, automated bulk access, spam, false claims, impersonation or attempts to break the site's security. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made using information on the site, and our total liability for a paid service is limited to the amount paid for it.
