What we collect
Account details you give us (name, company, email) and a securely hashed password. Requests you send through Provider Finder™ (name, email, company, message and the criteria you selected). Claims, corrections and evidence links you submit. Orders, submitted content and payment references. Provider statements submitted for review.
What we do not collect
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not receive card numbers or crypto wallet keys: crypto payments are handled by our payment processor, NOWPayments, under its own privacy policy. Profile-view and Finder-appearance figures shown to providers are anonymous daily counts.
Cookies
One essential cookie keeps you signed in (ob_session). It is set only when you sign in and expires after 30 days or when you sign out.
Why we use it
To run your account, answer your requests, introduce you to providers you choose, verify claims and corrections, process and deliver orders, keep records required for accounting and law, and protect the service against abuse.
Who we share it with
Your Finder request is shared only with providers you approve. We use our hosting provider and email system to operate the site, and NOWPayments to take payments. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Account data while your account is open and up to 24 months after, unless longer retention is required for accounting or legal reasons. Leads up to 24 months. Orders and invoices as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to desk@offshorebookmaking.com. We answer within 30 days.
