Service Rules for Sponsored Content
1. How it works
Order and pay, then submit your text (or brief us, for Editorial Production and Interviews). An editor reviews it and approves it, requests changes or rejects it. Approved pieces are scheduled and published with a Sponsored label, and we send you the live link.
2. Turnaround
We review submissions within 3 business days. After approval, we publish within 5 business days, or on the date you request if it is later. Editorial Production and Interviews are delivered as a first draft within 10 business days of receiving your brief or interview time.
3. Revisions
Up to two rounds of requested changes are included before publication. After publication you can submit an updated version at any time; the approved version stays live until the update is reviewed.
4. What we publish
B2B content for operators, suppliers and industry professionals: company and product news, technology, data, operations, regulation and hiring. Length: 400 to 1,500 words. Claims about performance, rankings or market position must be supported by a source we can check. Images must be yours or properly licensed.
5. What we do not publish
Consumer gambling promotions, bonus codes, odds tips or betting picks; content aimed at minors or at players in places where the service would be illegal; attacks on named competitors; false, misleading or plagiarised material; content about our own provider data that contradicts the evidence without new evidence.
6. Links
Up to 3 links per piece, to your own sites or reputable sources. Every link in sponsored content is marked rel="sponsored", as search engines require for paid links.
7. Labels and independence
Every paid piece carries a Sponsored label and is kept apart from our independent research. Buying content does not change provider facts, directory listing or Provider Finder™ results, and does not include featured placement.
8. How long it stays live
Published pieces stay online for at least 12 months. You can ask us to remove one at any time; removal does not create a refund.
9. Refunds and cancellations
Before you submit content: cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund. If we reject a submission: full refund or an equal credit, your choice. If we miss the review time in rule 2 by more than 5 business days: full refund on request. After publication: no refund. Featured placement: no refund once the 30 days have started. Memberships: refundable within 14 days of activation if no statement, credit or claim has been used; not refundable after that. Publisher credits expire with the membership.
10. How refunds are paid
In the cryptocurrency you paid with, for the US-dollar amount of the order, less network fees, to an address you give us, within 10 business days of approval.
